Space Rental Options
Option 1: Rental of Back Room During Operating Hours (M-F 7-6, Sat 8-6, Sun 8-3)
$30 Per Rental Hour
(Up to 15 people max)
All purchases of coffee or flowers will be paid separately
Back room will be closed off for privacy during rental
Option 2: Rental of Space After Hours (M-Sat from 6:30pm, Sunday from 3:30pm)
$60 Per Rental Hour
(Up to 40 people)
No Coffee or Flowers included, only the space is rented out
(All flowers will be put away and not on display)
General Instructions:
Date requests will be held on a first come, first serve basis for up to 2 weeks
Rental time must include set up and clean up time needed
Rental Fee for space must be paid up front to confirm reservation
Any requests for specialty items of Coffee or Flowers can be billed separately
All Rentals are required to sweep area, wipe off tables, clean up trash, and make sure building is secured upon leaving
